NNEPRA/Amtrak Layover Facility

The Downeaster Amtrak train that runs from Brunswick to Boston has a new home. This 60,000 s.f. layover facility was constructed for the Northern New England Rail Authority using a Design/Build team lead by Consigli Construction. Sheridan Construction and Butler were called in very early in the design phase of the project to assist the team create the 655’ long structure that will house three full-length trains.
