Thomas College has partnered with Sheridan Construction on many construction projects over the years, and Sheridan has been a great team member in Thomas College’s growth over the past two decades. As our Construction Manager at Risk, Sheridan has successfully provided accurate and honest pricing, and advice, during the pre-construction phase of the project. Sheridan’s open lines of communication, willingness to meet, and provide advice to the architects and Owners has proven that their pre-construction services are productive and valuable.

Over the past five years, Thomas College partnered with Sheridan Construction on two new construction projects – a new 100-bed residence hall, and a 300-seat auditorium complex, plus two renovation projects – the Student Center and Dining Hall. Sheridan delivered superlative projects that have enhanced and enriched our college community. Sheridan Construction worked on the building teams from the beginning of each project, assisted the College in keeping the costs affordable, and brought each project in on time, while producing quality structures that beautifully complement our campus.
Sheridan Construction’s quality of service and product has enabled the Museum in great part to meet its goals and objectives. You will always be first in our thinking for building additions at Owls Head.
Sheridan Construction’s expertise allowed us to operate our existing business with minimal concern during the entire process. Communication was excellent; we never wondered where we stood and were always confident the project would be completed on schedule.
All in all, we found a potentially stressful project to actually be fun and enjoyable because of the very professional Sheridan team. Job well done!

In every conceivable way, Sheridan Construction met or exceeded our expectations. They understood the unique needs of a private school, including our fund-raising and development requirements. These people are wonderful communicators, reducing surprises and extra costs to an absolute minimum. For a project of this complexity and scale to be finished in that short amount of time is a true testament to having a focused and determined team all the way around. This is further backed up by the fact that DHS had no "to be fixed" comments on the space!
They built this place during the winter time, in eight months, on time and under budget. That's my style.
