State-O-Maine (Nautica)
State O’ Maine, Inc. is the parent company that distributes the Nautica line of sportswear. This distribution center is located on a site in the Rockland Industrial Park.
Sheridan Construction built an 86,640 sf office/distribution expansion in 1988, and a 75,000 sf addition in 1995. Both buildings house high bay rack storage with highly automated order processing equipment.
