L.L. Bean Distribution Warehouse
L. L. Bean’s 126,000 sf bulk storage distribution warehouse was developed by The Boulos Company on a site in the McAllister Farm Subdivision. Due to poor underlying soil conditions, Sheridan Construction worked in conjunction with a geotechnical consultant to design an innovative foundation/slab solution, avoiding more costly foundation alternates.
Despite the challenging site and winter construction, this project was constructed on a fast-track schedule in just four-and-a-half months.
