L & W Realty of Skowhegan have provided quality office lease space to various departments of the State of Maine for many years. They build and maintain a number of office buildings across the state. Sheridan has completed the new office retrofit for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Department of Corrections, who will each occupy about a third of the building's square footage. The remaining space is available for a future tenant.
