Sheridan is happy to be selected the construction manager for the new Inland Family Practice office in Waterville. Renovations are now underway in a 12,435 square foot area of the old Ames Building on the Concourse. Designed by Whipple-Callender Architects and Plymouth Engineering, this medical office fit-up will include a new entry and exam space for primary care physicians affiliated with Inland Hospital.
The project will be complete in early spring of 2011.
