Now underway is the construction of the Social Security Administration's new office building adjacent to the District Courthouse on Colby Circle in Waterville. This is a 7000 square foot single story building with a mansonry finish that will match the courthouse in appearance.
The project developers, Hight Partners of Skowhegan, have provided quality office lease space to various departments of the State of Maine for many years. Hight Partners built and maintains a number of office buildings across the state, which includes the courthouse on Colby Circle.
