Sheridan is pleased to be part of the Warren Construction Group team for
Herbon Academy's first project in their strategic plan, "Foundation for the
Future". This 32,000 square foot athletic center, located next to Robinson
Arena, will accommodate three basketball courts or a large, multi-purpose field
house floor space. There will also be an elevated running track around the
perimeter of the field house.
In addition to extensive locker room and
storage spaces, there will be an aerobics room, fitness machines and lounge
area, two squash courts, a climbing wall and office and conference rooms.
The project was designed by SMRT, Architects and Engineers, Portland ,
Maine.
Construction management is by Warren Construction Group, Topsham,
Maine.
