Hight Partners

Hight Partners of Skowhegan have provided quality office lease space to various departments of the State of Maine for many years. Hight Partners built and maintains a number of office buildings across the state, from Farmington to Calais.
In the eighties Hight Partners built an office building on North Avenue in Skowhegan for the Department of Human Services. When they saw a need to update the facility they called Sheridan for ideas. In addition to building 5,000 square feet of new office space in the rear of the building, Sheridan refreshed the building facade as well with all new materials, including new windows and entry canopies.
Working with members of the Maine Department of Human Services and Hight Partners, we were able to arrive together at the optimum design and building solution that fit the needs of both the client and tenant.

Kittery Water District

The Kittery Water District looked to Sheridan when it came time to upgrade their present office facility in Kittery, Maine. Using Sheridan's team approach, numerous designs and materials were explored that would provide the water district with a warm, inviting new facade.
Once a design was selected, a Sheridan construction team implemented the design using maintenance free materials that provided the appearance the District wanted at an affordable cost.

Merrill Furniture

Merrill Furniture and Sheridan have a long association spanning many years. Sheridan built their present showroom and warehouse facility on High Street in Ellsworth over thirty years ago.

We were very pleased when Merrill Furniture asked us to come back to design and construct a new showroom facade. Using a low maintenance cementitious material over a steel superstructure gave the client a bold new look that is more in tune with today's furnishing and decorating trends.
