State O' Maine, Inc. is the parent company that distributes the Nautica line of sportswear. This distribution center is located on a site in the Rockland Industrial Park that was precipitous and required extensive sitework and ledge removal.
The Sheridan Corporation built an 86,640 square foot office / distribution expansion in 1988 and a 75,000 square foot addition in 1995. Both buildings house high bay rack storage with highly automated order processing equipment.
