Tri-County Mental Health Services selected the Sheridan Corporation to construct a new, 10,000 square foot office building to accommodate its Oxford Hills Mental Health Center. The facility is in the town of Oxford, close to Norway and State Highway 26. It serves the needs of a dozen or more area towns for comprehensive outpatient care. Treatment services include immediate response crisis intervention, child and adult counseling, community support and rehabilitation for the chronic mentally ill, and substance abuse care. Tri-County's opening of its new Oxford building marked its 50th year anniversary celebration. The agency's home office is in Lewiston and it has additional mental health centers in Bridgton, Rumford, and Farmington.
