Building for their Future

The success of Thomas College in Waterville, has resulted in an increased demand for on-campus state-of-the-art residence hall facilities. In response to their record breaking enrollment figures and a tight schedule demand in order to accommodate a growing list of students wishing to reside on campus, The Sheridan Corporation constructed this 100 bed residence hall for their Waterville Campus.
As part of an ongoing building campaign at Thomas College, this new facility features a student lounge area, full kitchen services, a mailroom, study areas, laundry and vending services as well as a resident director apartment. In addition, a multi-purpose room is also available for additional classroom space of for student functions.
This 30,000 square foot facility offers space for 101 live-in students. The Thomas College Campus expansion plans allow for additional similar facilities to meet the growing success of Thomas College.
