Building for their Future

Named in honor of teacher and long time Sydney, Maine resident, The Laurette Ayotte Auditorium is phase two of Thomas College's "Campaign for Tomorrow". Completed in the year 2000 this high tech "wired" auditorium and conference center seats 300. The auditorium and two adjacent meeting rooms have large projection audio/visual systems as well as access ports to the interenet. There is also dressing rooms and prop storage for the preforming arts.

The Thomas community uses this spacious state-of-the-art facility for concerts, student events, meetings, special events, and even a weekly Friday night movie.
