Sheridan is happy to have been selected general contractor
by Parkard Development to construct Maine Crossing in South Portland.
The 37-acre site is located along Running Hill Road and
Cummings Road adjacent to the Maine Turnpike and conveniently located off
Interstate 95 (Exit 7), directly across from the Maine Mall.
The 262,000
square foot retail center includes one to three anchor stores, and six separate
but connecting stores, in a plaza-like art deco design. The smaller retail
stores would range from 15,000 to 37,000 square feet, totaling 140,000 square
feet. The department store building would total 122,000 square feet. |
