Icebrand Seafoods, Inc. is one of the primary sources of South African Cold Water Lobster Tails and Chilean Sea Bass worldwide. Icebrand is also one of the largest lobster processors in the United States.
Sheridan built Icebrand's Portland facility which covers 25,000 square feet with six "inslab" saltwater tanks capable of holding up to 50,000 pounds of live lobster. The lobsters are steam cooked and then cryogenically frozen and sent to customers around the world.
