The Consolidated Warehouse is a 160,000 square foot warehouse with 40,000 square feet of mezzanine and was constructed on an eleven acre site in 1986.
This facility features super flat concrete floor slabs for automated rack storage, a 25 ton bridge crane for material handling and houses a 250,000 gallon fire protection reservoir below the building slab.
