Strengthening its ties to the community by offering attractive premium office space

Sheridan constructed this new addition to the Waterville branch of Kennebec Savings Bank. Designed by FCI Associates, Inc. Architects of Nadick, Massachusetts, this two story 8,575 square foot addition has a brick Georgian facade which is an attractive addition to their existing building. The addition provides new premium office lease space for area businesses. Kennebec Savings Bank is a $550 million state-chartered mutual savings bank with 76 employees and branches located in Augusta , Waterville , and Winthrop .
