This new medical office building, located in Waterboro, Maine, offers patients a Walk-in Clinic, Family Practice, OBGYN practice, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Orthopedic practice with diagnostic testing, full-service Laboratory, and a retail pharmacy.

Goodall Medical Building - Waterboro is a 24,000 square foot one story office building designed for physicians practicing at Goodall Hospital. The suites consist of exam and procedure rooms, small labs, private doctor's offices with conference rooms and work areas for clinicians, nurses and secretarial staff.

The site was designed to accommodate up to five facilities, providing Goodall Hospital the opportunity to partner with other health-care professionals in a modern office park environment. Being the first building on a former farm property, many site-design challenges presented themselves. With two distinctly different watersheds to contend with on opposites ends of the site, Sheridan's site designer provided the owner with state-of-the-art solutions to all of the environmental issues uncovered. Like the first Medical Office Building built for Goodall on their Sanford campus, this facility needed to offer patients convenient access to many services. Locating the Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory suites between the Goodall Express walk-in clinic and the Orthopedic practice allowed for a two-way entrance from either department. A seamless patient visit experience resulted, thus meeting the owner's goals.
