Sheridan's capabilities in design / build and construction management enable us to guide a client through the entire process, from concept to ribbon cutting. This starts with careful program analysis, feasibility studies, site selection, site design and permitting, as may be required at the local, state and federal levels. Concurrent with the permitting process is the careful planning and design of the building structure and its systems, with attention paid to each detail of form and function.

We take full advantage of value engineering, that unique process where the costs of design, engineering, materials, and construction methods come together in a face-off with budgetary realities. What might be a frustrating and disappointing experience for both builder and client can actually be a very productive and collaborative process. During the construction phase, our project managers strive to communicate effectively at all levels, during all aspects of the work. Projects managers and the management team monitor progress and each and every detail to ensure that the final product is consistent with our client's expectations.
